Below are various websites that I have built over the last year.
Sensis BIS
Sensis Business Information Services is part of one of the largest organisations in Australia. Sensis provides commercial solutions based on comprehensive collated data.
I was involved with this project from the very start and dealt with the client in regards to content entry, usability, accessibility and design requirements. The site was built with a content management system allowing the client to easily update the pages.
Acorn Capital
Acorn Capital is a Melbourne based boutique investment manager and was the first investment manager to exclusively target the microcap sector on the Australian Securities Exchange ('ASX').
The website was built in a content management system integrating jquery and font replacement technologies improving overall site appearance.
Earlydays
Early Days provides workshops for mothers and fathers, and other family carers, of children aged six years and under who are on the Autism Spectrum.
Working with the parenting research group and also surfacemedia who provided the design, communication was paramount for successful completion of the project. A usability session was staged in which refinements were made after analysis of the data collected.
Gunnersens
Gunnersen is the largest independent Australian owned distributor of wood-based panel products, timber and decorative surface materials in Australia.
This website was originally built with an old content management system. My role was to completely rewrite the source. Jquery was also used for animation effects including fade ins, transparency a tabbed navigation interface and an accordian style product menu.
IPC Global
IPC Global creates create electronic control products in a number of high quality leading edge materials testing systems.
Successful completion of the project was largely due to close communication between myself and the client. Integrating the website into a content management system and adding features such as a comprehensive search, rotating banner, accordian style product menu and contact forms provided the base work for a stand out website.
Melbourne Wedding Registry
The Melbourne Wedding Registry offers a complete wedding registry service.
Working closely with the client for a number of projects resulted in improved functionality on the website. One of the major projects was a postcode lookup form that calculated the cost of delivery depending on what suburb you lived in.
Sell My Castle
Sell My Castle makes it easy for sellers and real estate agents to meet and do business.
This website was built from the ground up adhering to accessibility requirements. I worked with a designer from another company communicating the overall structure and aesthetics of the site. In the end this site was completed with the client being extremely happy.
The Apartment
The apartment was borne from the belief that a restaurant and bar should be a seamless extension of your own living room. Restaurant by day, lounge bar by night, the cornerstone of the apartment lays in our good old-fashioned, friendly hospitality.
Built with a content management system allowed the client to update and add features to this site over time. It was made with a contact form, transparency effects and multi coloured font replacement technologies.
