Web analytics user connection speeds
Google analytics allows you to view the connection speed of your website visitors. This enables you to customise your site to specific users if need be. It is especially important in regards to video. If there is a fair proportion of visitors to your site that have a slow connection speed such as dial up, it means they will not be able to view your videos. You may need to provide transcripts if need be.
To view the connection speeds of your visitors you must first click on 'Visitors' located on the left menu. Next click 'Network Properties' and finally 'Connection Speeds'.
